Cain's flavor of the month status will be done by Halloween. The man has no campaign infrastructure, and I actually heard that last night on the news. The problem for the popular media is that they're unaccustomed to thinking of the Republicans as fractured, but the yo-yoing of new candidates shows just how easily the Republicans are swayed right now. The Republicans are used to annointing their chosen one early, but as in 2008, their front-runner isn't who they really want.
