Republicans are gods. They do exactly what they want.
In or out of power, these giants among men bully through unpopular Bush Tax Cut extensions for the wealthy. Eyes firmly on the goal, and making use of all the rightwing radio/TV stations, they cut through the lines of bluedogs and hogtie them in their congressional offices with a sword raised to strike flesh if the Blue Dog doesn'f accede to their demands.

These swashbucklers were ready to bring government to an extended halt refusing to blink on raising the debt ceiling. They are veritible gods, I tell you. They are running roughshod over America.

They are state by state working to make it more difficult for Democrats to vote. Few people seem to have what it requires to stop this blatant effort to undermind democracy and the American way.

Don't get in their way. Your health care isn't good here anymore. If it's health care you need, go to Mexico and pay cash for the procedure. Otherwise, lie in a bed of hemlock waiting to die.

Our Democratic representatives and Senators are working hard to bipartisate these issues to their point of view.

Meanwhile on the ground------------------SOS OWS. You are all we've got. The rest is gone.

2. They get a lot of Democratic help.
It's not a coincidence that they get whatever they want holding power or not. Perhaps because there aren't really "sides" as such.

3. That really gives voice to the problem thinking.
People act like people are Gods as soon as they get power....Even when the power they have is the power they were handed by the people. But that's not even the issue, the issue here is people who think they personally have power because they kiss the asses of people with money, power. So they go around cheer leading anybody with power, military, big business, police, anything that looks strong. And they use this to act like little tyrants, to act tough. But the reality is they are only kissing ass, they are scared. So when you say "Republicans are Gods" who are you talking about? That guy who just got his home foreclosed on who blames the poor in his neighborhood for lowering its value rather than the total corruption at the top so he can act tough and aligned with money while the bank takes his home? If not, you should be clear and say the 1%. Because I know I sound sarcasm impaired but honestly that guy thinks whenever a liberal rants about the awesome power of Republicans they're talking about him.
