If you need or know anyone who needs a Pulse Ox meter....
I would be glad to send you my old one. It works fine but I just received a brand new one that has some other features so I have no need for my older one.

If you do need it, please PM me your name and address and I will get it in the mail ASAP.

2. I have one and it's quite handy
I bought it to check my Ox saturation while at altitude in my plane, but since have found other uses for it such as the time my wife had pneumonia. For people who are at high risk for pneumonia, I'd say it's a very good idea to have one.

3. Some times I am overly fixated with the numbers...

4. I figure I'm still in the pink if the number is 85 or higher
Below that I start to feel it.

5. that's pretty low....
I get concerned when I go below 90...

But since you don't have all the health problems, that is really a whole different way to look at it...

They were so mysterious when I first came down with my respiratory problems. Now, you can buy them at the local drug store...

6. I try to regulate my oxygen flow until I'm around 90
Flying for 3-4 hours at 85 is a sure recipe for fatigue and headaches later on. 85 is OK for short periods, but I wouldn't want to stay that low for very long.
