Halperin: : Dropping Long Term Care from the HCR Bill gives
Republicans opening to say something like, we told
you the bill is flawed. The HHS Sec and President
admit the bill is flawed. This is proof we must
repeal the whole thing. This is now the GOP line.

Democrats on the Hill vow to fight against removing Long Term
Care from the bill.

As cynical as I have become, did Wall St, Moody's push
the President. They have set a minimum in Deficit Reduction.

Well Wall St Rules.
