Why are my fellow middle-class members supporting a system that is only interested and motivated by roto-routering your bowels????

Got this fucking thing in email

1. Ouch.
Never underestimate the gullibility of lower- and middle-class conservatives siding with their rich overlords over their own economic self-interests.

As the middle-class continues to shrink in this country, more of them will wake up. But probably not until they've lost their good-paying jobs and are stuck making minimum wage while the rich folks laugh all the way to the bank.

SUCKERS!

16. Their "I'm mad as hell at the Black President" button keeps getting pushed
by corporate interests. They don't get a chance to catch their breath, much less think a little.

2. A deficit of facts? Fascist ideology?
There aren't many justifications for supporting the status quo.

3. Why post it then?
Edited on Sat Oct-15-11 01:59 PM by Hutzpa
When I DO receive negative sh*t like that in my email box, I ignored it because
I don't see the need in me posting it here on DU, unless I am trying to create
an impact which could carry an hidden motive which is I'm helping in spread their
BS.

10. Please also ignore the 53% meme
It's just another tool for them to attack us with and who the f*ck verified that bullsh!t number.

Don't give it validity by responding to it. It's a lie!

7. Divide and conquer.
Averting the conflict to the lower classes is expected. The goal is to have us fight among ourselves over which bloc of the 99% is the biggest drain on society while the 1% goes about business as usual.

Will the top classes find working class warriors to take their battle to the streets on their behalf? They already have. I call them Barstool Republicans because they talk like Steve Forbes and live like Archie Bunker.

19. I just don't have the stomach for such tripes
that they use to cover their misinformation.

Since I know it is done on purpose, why bother, instead I will try to find
a fresh new way to advance the discussion for the sake of the 99% who are
suffering in this country.

Spending time lamenting on misinforming images and satires will not prevent
the decline of the economy, oh by the way, since we've been on DU discussing
gas price has gone up again today.

Hope this helps.

12. The right thinks that because the left is dissapointed with Obama that we will vote for a republican
all of a sudden. It's insane. We're upset because he's not liberal enough, not because he's following most of the same policies Bush and the republicans supported that put us in this mess.

17. your response is probably not the best way to unite the bottom 99%
or even enlarge the anti-1%.

I agree about the Obama part. It's a sad truth that he has not represented the bottom 80% either, which is why he needs to be primaried. Republicans hardly offer an alternative.

21. OWS protestors would largely agree with the second picture.
Their only objection would be the "I grew up outside the United States" part.
