How hard is that? Matches up with the Occupy Wall Street message presented on the Charlie Rose Show. This is taken from OWS NYC:

---------------------------

---------------------------

What's hard to understand?

Between mortgage scams and pension "AAA-crud" scams, corporate theft stole $7-trillion out of the economy.

Also, for example, there's still no Glass-Steagall resurrected to remove high-risk temptations and protect us from the worst of the bastards. Nobody knows what they're going to do next. They do not fear prosecution.

OWS is an anti-crime movement.

1. I disagree, it's corruption across the board, and we want jobs.
Granted at this point corporate corruption is on the agenda, but opacity and corruption in other places (personal, electoral, and governmental) allow for the corporate corruption.

3. OWS is about Wall Street. They stole $7-trillion.
No economy can take that kind of hit and still generate jobs apart from Keynesian stimulus on a massive scale.

Richard Koo has done amazing work showing how the Balance Sheet Recessions can halt everything. But no one in economics has come to terms with massive corporate corruption.

As for Washington and government generally, we get what "they" pay for. This "99%" business is about getting people out of the look-at-teevee-ads mode altogether.

5. Not all by themselves they didn't, it took both personal and governmental
collusion. I'm sorry but you're way off if you think Wall Street did this all by themselves. It is Wall Street that needs to be focused on because it seems all indicators (because of corruptions) look at Wall Street to decide if the rest of us are financially healthy, which is in and of itself ridiculous, but what happens nonetheless. Hence Occupy it to show that "they" are not "we," and their apparent financial healthiness does not relate to us.

7. Government employees didn't steal a dime of it. Bush/shitty regulators, sure thing.

2. In an economy without adequate natural growth, the powers that be pumped us up with debt.
We've been floating on it for ages.

Ive got to think that there was some coordination trying to keep the whole thing spinning but really was there a way around it?
