JACKSONVILLE — Recent raids by federal drug agents who seized medical marijuana by the dump truck load have rankled some Oregon lawmakers who say federal authorities are overstepping their authority...

1. hi. the U.S. govt does not hold a patent for cannabinoids. they have granted them

to the research/corporate entities that have created ways to use cannabinoids in medical applications.

I don't know if you saw the link on the other thread where you mentioned this - but it's an important diff. - your claim isn't quite right about patents.

that's beyond the issue of the recent raids, however.
