corporations should pay for the privilege of receiving the taxpayers business
if we take the profit out of doing the taxpayers business....it won't be so attractive to abuse.
No more cost plus contracts...they should all be cost minus contracts...which shouldn't be an issue because after all there should be shared sacrifice...right now, only the humans sacrifice not the businesses

1. no cost overruns, they underbid or eff up, it comes out of their pockets not ours nt
