He is a suck-up to his wealthy contributors who would be the ones making money by going into Libya to rebuild their infrastructure.

He and all the other Republicans in Congress have no intention of doing anything to rebuild the infrastructure in the United States. Nor do they have any intention of passing any legislation that would help the average unemployed or under-employed American survive in this horrible economy.
