"An Unblushing Career of Undressing Women"
Heads up, anybody near Boston! "Degas and the Nude" is on at the Museum of Fine Arts, reviewed here by the NY Times today: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/10/21/arts/design/degas-and-the-nude-at-museum-of-fine-arts-boston-review.html?ref=arts

Women at their toilette and the "brothel monotypes" are exhibited in this joint show with the Musee D'Orsay. Fabulous!

An added goodie (on loan from the Louvre, actually): "The Death of Sardanapalus" by Delacroix, a stunning and quite large work.

The show is on through Feb. 5.
