An Amendment for people, not corporations.
How would you write a simple Amendment to our Constitution that would eliminate corporate person-hood and apply the Constitution only to the people?

"This Constitution applies and may only apply to individual citizens or legal residents of the United States and its territories."

1. So tourists, accused of a crime would have no constitutional protections?
Fuck that.

3. You're re-inventing the wheel.
The legal term you are looking for is "natural person" -- a natural person, in the law, is a flesh and blood human being, whereas a "legal person" aka "legal entity" can be a corporation, partnership, club, union, government, etc.

5. What if we would like to have..
... even corporations free from unreasonable search and seizure?

Or the New York Times to have freedom of the press?

6. nah...
....corporations should be subject to unreasonable searches....

....the New York Times will have to go private if they want First Amendment protection....

....I'm no scholar, lawyer or professor, I don't know how to word such an Amendment....but it should be simple and easily understood by all....something even a bagger could understand and maybe agree with....it just might achieve ratification....
