Perry and Bachmann Race to the Bottom — Of the Polls
It's bad news for two antigay GOP presidential candidates — Rick Perry and Michelle Bachmann have placed near the bottom of a recent poll of Republican voters in Nevada.

The Silver State will host one of the early primaries, and Nevada is largely seen as a swing state, with large union and Latino populations. While former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney gains strength there — 38% of likely caucus-goers said they support him — Perry and Bachmann are sinking.

1. Strange about Perry's polling: he has all the qualities that a republican would like.
Anti-government, anti-gay, anti-EPA, anti-intellectual, anti-science, is a religious nut, arrogant, stupid-crazy...... The poll does not compute for me.

4. I hear you, but don't see how his hatred affects those polls.

5. I think his big blunder was in saying that the children
of parents in the US illegally should be able to attend school here. Seems to me his numbers started falling shortly after that.

And then there's the fact that he is an idiot.

6. That was a blunder for sure but he can bury it with a lot of Jesus talk. The idiot factor
is not a factor with the republican base, IMO.
