KRON San Francisco TV Stream is reporting Occupy Oakland will be back at site today legally
Edited on Wed Oct-26-11 09:15 AM by 1776Forever
I just heard a report on San Francisco Bay Area Live Streaming Video (Kron 4) + Latest News that the Occupy Oakland Protesters will be able to return to the Park they were kicked out of last night after a cleaning is completed of the site. They can protest there during the day but NOT be able to camp out overnight. KRON News is reporting the reason the Protesters were moved out was because the Park was full of filth including used needles and bed bugs, etc., and it had to be cleaned - Of course the Protesters are saying this was NOT true at all! There are some Occupy Oakland people at the site with signs now.

Here is KRON 4 live streaming link:

Here is the Occupy Oakland live stream:

The will have to clear out by 10PM

8. Yes, but it is sleeping overnight that the city says is illegal
So, unless they get a permit, there will be another situation tonight, IF they decide to do what they did last night, refuse to leave.

10. They just had a live report on the Occupy Oakland stream from the courthouse. The
Police Chief there tried to say no one was harmed last night and the reporter from Occupy Oakland said that was FALSE. I did hear last night from the stream that someone had been "thrown" down and had their head cracked and had to be rushed to the ER there. I haven't heard yet what the plans are for tonight.
