I can't imagine that the Oakland police weren't filming this, and wouldn't release tape to show their side of the issue - if they actually had footage.

We should demand to see whatever tapes they have.

with some water but that was much earlier in the day (it was still sunny out).

If anyone saw the debacle that was the press conference yesterday at 4PM, they would recognize the familiar ring of it. Quan and her interim chief are out of their league and the puppet strings are showing.


Breitbart has been smearing Occupy Oakland on a daily basis and the local media has been catapulting it no questions asked.
