99% Map
I noticed how there seemed to be no overall map of the protests other than some run by newspapers.
I think we need a crowd-sourced one so I set that up at 99percentmap.com.
You can follow us on Twitter (@99percentmap and hashtag #99percentmap).
I'll be adding iPhone and Android apps soon but for now you can add happenings to the map using the form on the site or tweeting with hashtag #99percentmap. Make sure to include location info so we can pinpoint it on the map.

The map needs your help to fill it with data!

2. Thanks!
It is growing daily.
We had at least 113 visitors yesterday (when it launched) and I have personally added some 100+ activities, and have already had a few submissions from folks.
I am hoping to crowd-source it and list activities by date, so we can display the map chronologically (using the Play button below the map).

4. Both
It's both a job and a hobby, really. I'm a web developer but as a kid for a few years I thought I wanted to be a cartographer.
So, in my work whenever I get a chance to work in mapping, I jump at it.
