1. No sure but there are several liberal judges in Nashville. Believe it or not.

They are hold overs from the once Democratic controlled State.

I wonder, is Nashville a little more progressive?

Every time a judge, or major, or city council, or anyone in a position of political and social power, supports this effort, the entire effort is strengthened. This is a very good thing.
