Navy Cmdr Gets Prison in Rape of Female Officers

SAN DIEGO -- A Navy ship commander pleaded guilty Friday to sexual assault and rape of two female sailors, and a military judge ordered his dismissal and sentenced him to more than three years in prison.

On Thursday the Navy added to its tally of officers deemed unworthy for command with the firing of the 21st commanding officer this year, three of which have been removed this month alone.

1. Jesus--what was that asshole thinking? What an IDIOT!
According to the Navy, Wylie got drunk on two occasions and sexually assaulted women who were under his command on the Navy destroyer.


I'll bet his peers who failed of selection to command opportunity are probably more than a bit miffed that this idiot got the opportunity and fucked it up so mightily.

4. Unfortanetly these things are not new or rare.
If the military is so full of angels then why do they have legal departments and brigs? Drug use, violence, UA, theft have been going on since militaries have existed. People just don't want to believe the "best and the brightest" isn't exactly what the truth is.
