Trick or treating at the Wisconsin Capitol building we saw chalk messages
on the sidewalk. Little kids in adorable costumes all around and the message "Spooky Ghosts Against Walker" for all to see at a busy intersection. Wish I'd had a camera!

2. Do they still do trick or treatin on the Sunday closest to Halloween
from 3-5PM? I used to be bummed, as a kid, when it wasn't dark out.

3. It appeared to be full of little ghoulies on Friday when we went there
Might not have been candy...just activities. Maybe the t-or-t is today. Lots of cool stuff at the kids museum.
