State agrees to stop enforcing Occupy Nashville curfew
The Occupy Nashville protesters scored a big victory Monday when the state agreed to stop enforcing a new curfew.

That means the protesters are free to continue camping out on the grounds around the state capitol.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Tennessee filed a lawsuit Monday morning on behalf of the Occupy Nashville protesters.

The lawsuit was filed in a U.S. District Federal Court and stated it sought to "enforce unconstitutional rules that violate free speech rights."
