Republicans Hope Violence Breaks Out
Republican chances in 2012 will be improved if violence breaks out. There's a precedent for it - Nixon '68. Nixon pretended to be above it all, giving voters the impression that he'd bring the unrest in the cities to a halt. It worked.


Nixon pledged to bring us together.

Like the third party candidacy of George Wallace and the dissatisfaction over the Vietnam War.
