have been about wedge issues and culture imposed on people from outside groups. The freedom people feel when they see OWS is that they get to think and feel and are finally free to do so in the political spheres of their lives. The GOP isn't about freedom. The 99% are. It is like getting out of a relationship with a controlling person. You so much want to think for yourself. Your ideas and feelings are so much better than what you have been fed for years - because they are yours.

5. That's it.
I think the movement was inevitable in some form. You don't lock people out of the process with no say in their futures.

9. *THAT* was the "breaking strain". We won, then it was turned to ashes in our mouths. (NT)

8. Sorry, but I think it is going to take another civil war in this country to get to where
Edited on Thu Nov-24-11 12:18 AM by teddy51
the 99% have to go. Neither the 1%, Nor the Right wing are going to give up without a serious fight, IMHO. The Republicans, with there majority in Congress think they control everything, and maybe they are correct.
