Everyone, please be seated.

Mr. Du, you may question this last witness for the prosecution.

Thank you your Honor.

Now sir,

please tell us in your own words, about what your research shows and how you see Republican Terrorism and sabotage as a threat to our government, country, and our Democracy. And please, be as explicit as you can.

Yes sir:

Well, here are the sad facts,

All of my research and observations to date, have led me to the following conclusions about Republicans and their obstructive, terrorism. May I also add, that they are aided and abetted by something known as "Blue Dog" Democrats, or Democrats in name only, also referred to by using the acronym (DINOS). They are complicit in the division and suffering of our nation, and are as obstructionist and dangerous to our Democracy as the Republicans.

All of my research, and all of the facts, indicate that Republicans are the enemy of our country, let me also add, that their Fox GOP Network and other Republican owned and operated astro-turf groups who continually beat the drum of division in this country, are enemies of this country. All of this terrorism and obstruction, is scripted by the Republicans, their operatives, the rich and powerful millionaires and billionaires and the other cohorts on their various payrolls that are designed to hide what they are doing and where the money is coming from.

The Murdochs, Ailes, Becks, Hannitys, Palins, Huckabees and of course their main pig liar, and the real leader of the Republicans, Rush Limbaugh, sitting in for the defense here, keep their somewhat delusional base in constant fear by feeding them lie after lie after lie, day after day after day.

They push a constant, 24 hr per day barrage of made up garbage trying to undermine our country by dividing the nation, pushing us to debate, argue and fight each other about some things real, and others simply manufactured and made up to entrench and keep us in our divided state and in constant battle. Sadly, it has worked.

Then, while we the masses are confused and fighting and reacting to the stoked fears, Republicans, their bankster friends, big pharma, the health industry, the oil industry and other wealthy corporations steal the country blind. The Republicans pass harmful policy and filibuster or kill good policy. If it doesn't help the powerful and wealthy, then it usually doesn't interest most Republicans. Just look at the political game they are engaged in as I speak. Tax cut extensions for 98% of us have been passed by the Democrats. That should be the end of it in a true democracy of we the people. Millionaires and billionaires would be paying more of a fair share in taxes and those most in need, continue to receive their tax breaks. It even sounds right as I say it.

However, it is never that simple with Republicans obstructing and rigging the political game to help the 2% of millionaires and billionaires. To them, it is simply the minority with the power and wealth, against, a weak, unemployed and powerless majority. The Republicans really believe, and are counting on the majority, to doing nothing but complain to each other, send letters and email to representatives, and then let apathy set in.

They do not believe, even as more and more people suffer without, and are pushed further and further down in class, that any civil uprising is possible. This is why I believe they feel as though they can obstruct, lie and cheat the majority out of what they worked for. It's the "what are they going do about it" all the while chuckling, way of thinking. They feel invincible and powerful and the rest of us cannot touch them.

Why shouldn't they do what they want? There are no consequences for their bad acts.

Look at the recent elections, these domestic terrorists, these Republicans were rewarded for their obstruction. They caused the economy to collapse and then voted to take care of Wall Street and the big banks while they stopped everything and anything related to Main Street. They took care of the millionaires and billionaires, and spent the rest of their time fighting and lying about the health care legislation. They also spent their time trying to destroy the elected President. This is what they have been doing since President Obamas election, taking care of the millionaires and billionaires, obstructing and filibustering, and trying to label our President as "not one of us".

For this atrocious behavior, they were voted bigger majorities in the senate, and the majority in the house. Mr. Boner will now try to act as a "real" statesman all the while he will be continuing his backroom scamming and political gamesmanship. He couldn't shine Senator Bernie Sanders shoes.

The Republicans say, there will be no tax cut extensions for 98% of the country, until and unless, their millionaire and billionaire friends, which comprise approximately 2% of the country, get their tax cut bonus.

This is simply a Republican rebate to the rich on top of what they have already swindled from the 98% of us.

Think about this, they want to give Mr. Rush Limbaugh, sitting in for the defense over there, $2.6 million dollars per year......per year I said, added on to the deficit while saying no tax cut extension for 98% of us until we give in. We are being held hostage, all of us, until they, 2% of this country, get their tax cuts extended paid for by we the people, our children and our grandchildren.

In the world of the Republican, nothing can be added to the burgeoning deficit they exclaim! But, there is one thing so important, so urgent that nothing can stop it from being added to the deficit. Tax cut extensions for the millionaires and billionaires. It boggles the mind. No unemployment extensions for the most in need, unless they get their tax cut bonus, no tax cut extension for 98%, those suffering the most, until the Republicans, holding us hostage, terrorizing us by saying no to helping the majority as things worsen in all of their lives, they will stop all legislation and in fact have promised to shut down the government, if we do not give in to their demands.

We all remember that tragic day, 9/11. The Republicans yelled from the highest mountains about their patriotism and about never forgetting. How soon they forget. Recently, these most patriotic in our society, the Republicans, voted against the defense bill to fund our troops, young men and women in far off lands fighting to some extent, forgotten wars, were told no. NO, the Republicans said, we will not support a defense bill to protect our nation and our troops in harms way as long as that gay repeal thing is in there, sorry troops if you don't have enough bullets or body armor or food or medical treatment you're gonna have to help us get those tax cuts for the millionaires and billionaires.

And one other thing about the 9/11 attacks. Recently, Republicans, the most patriotic in our country so they say, voted NO on the passage of a bill that would have helped those first responders who rushed in to help after the attacks and now suffer various breathing illnesses and other medical conditions. These hero's rushed in to help our country as it was under attack and today, suffer illnesses due to god knows what they breathed into their lungs, and as they suffer medically and financially, Republicans say, no first responders, we told you we were going to stop everything and not vote on anything until we get our tax cuts for the 2%. The millionaires and billionaires.

Sorry if a few of those first responders die or face financial hardship, that's the price they will have to pay for being middle class or poor. They wouldn't need help from the government, if they were millionaires and billionaires. And if they could just help get those tax cuts for our millionaire, billionaire friends. Just pass the tax cuts for the rich, perhaps they might be able to negotiate something to help those poor slobs suffering in New York. The Republicans didn't ask the first responders to rush in and help and get sick and die. Republicans say, for most of them, it was just their job. Plus they should have had better health insurance that they probably couldn't get due to the nature of their dangerous jobs. How's that for compassion and caring for ones fellow man?

Republicans have no compassion for suffering, that's a fact and their words, and actions, sadly prove that ugly fact everyday.

During my research, it occurred for me who else is included in that 2% of millionaires and billionaires trying every trick in their arsenal to shove these tax cuts through, Republican Senators and Congressional millionaires. How about that folks. We are being held hostage until the Republican lawmakers get their tax cut extension too, for themselves. Of course they are included in the 2%. Most of elected Republicans are millionaire, Do not dare think that they would count themselves among us? That bullsh*t only comes out during elections, you know, they're for the people, one of us, just like you and me. There are hundreds of fat and happy millionaires sitting right in our government. I really think they want their tax cuts extended too. They have been working so hard to force this through, why you'd think they were getting something in it for themselves.........and they are lol.

So they are in fact terrorists. And this once great nation is being terrorized by Republicans. Terrorized every time a loved one gets sick and has no health care, every time another job is outsourced, each and everyday another person loses their job, every time the power is turned off, every time the heating oil runs out, every time a foreclosure notice arrives, every time their children cry that they are hungry, every time the mail comes to bring the bills, every time the food stamps run out and every time the Republicans say no to unemployment extensions in a stand alone bill and instead shoving it in a package deal to get those tax cut extensions for the 2% millionaires and billionaires. This is a form a terror, perpetrated by the enemy within, Republicans.


And as they steal us blind and hold us hostage to their demands, they and their operatives are thinking of ways to further sabotage the truth and reality in this country, by creating words and phrases that incite their base and confuse others. Phrases like, "Government Run Health Care" and "Death Panels" and who can forget this goody "Pull the Plug on Gramma" lol.

One of their operatives, a very demented creature, whose name is Frank Luntz, sits around all day thinking of words and phrases that will cause people to hate or fear the government, question good ideas and think twice about good policy. Think about that, a man who sits around thinking of words and phrases to use to terrorize and stoke our fears. This is the state of the Republican party. They are the enemy within that they have been trying label President Obama with. We should start referring to them as, "the rock in the bushes" party.

I believe, that most Democrats believe in developing good policy, policy that helps those in need. Republicans believe in policies that help the wealthy few, but breeds suffering for those in need. They are so transparent to some of us that their actions, or rather inaction, speaks louder than words as to who and what they really are.

Republicans do not represent you and I unless we become rich and powerful with an ability and desire to fill their coffers during each election cycle.

I have also found, that some Republican operatives are experienced saboteurs, but in the final analysis, they are all domestic terrorists. That is simply the sad fact and they know it and they don't care. The Republicans have been on the wrong side of every significant issue in this country, since their forefathers were released from the insane asylums and created their party. They never get it right, because their motivation is power and money rather than the needs of the country and a fearful;,distrustful,angry and suffering people.

The Republicans obstruct everything and anything that will help 98% of our people, all the while causing pain and suffering for the masses, increasing fear and anger in the country and then using their GOP FOX Network and their other bought and paid for noise machines, to blame the Democrats as the Republicans do the bidding of the rich and powerful who have lined Republicans pockets with campaign contributions (really just bribes) so that Republicans remember where their bread is buttered and who they truly represent.

They have shown time and time again, that even if the Democrats concede on everything they demand, the Republicans vote against or filibuster a good bill.

Even if it was their idea in first place and they all agree it's a good bill, the minute Democrats or the President agrees, they, the Republicans unbelievably, vote against their own bills just to obstruct, stopping our government, stopping good legislation and hurting the masses, we the people, who they feel have no real power to stop them.

So what if some are suffering and dying due to the lack of health care, losing their homes and can't feed their children because they've lost their jobs and unemployment benefits. Republicans don't exactly know people like this and they definitely don't associate with that type of riff raff in their personnel lives.

The facts are what they are, Republicans cause most of the problems and division in this country, and they know it. It is strategic and they know what they are doing. They create fake grass-roots organizations (like the billionaire Koch brothers) Freedom Works, then, they put out a talking point or start a rumor, or just tell an out and out lie, then, their bought and paid for media creates cover, by running with and repeating the lies and talking points. Then these lies are repeated and repeated, until their made up set of facts about the Democrats becomes their ugly truth creating more anger among an already armed and angy base.

Finally, as I have already pointed out, the Republican terrorists are rewarded for their destructive behavior, lies and hypocrisy, by gaining seats in the House and Senate. A country under attack from within by the Republicans and their GOP FOX Network, votes to give them more power, further emboldening these terrorists, our homegrown terrorists, the Republicans and their GOP FOX Network to continue to wreak havoc on the middle class and poor.

So now they have more power to deregulate, more power to pollute, more power to obstruct, more power to divide our country, more power to pass bad policy and more power to get rid of good policy and programs like Social Security and Medicare which do not provide any profit to the wealthy, powerful, corporate masters. More power to gerrymander, to rig future votes and primary with the help of the US Chamber of Commerce, anyone who won't tow the line and march in lockstep with their plans.

Hell, they've even bought and paid for The Supreme Court, which leans right, and usually votes in favor of the rights for corporations over we the people. The Supremes recently gave corporations person hood, so they are people just like you and me.

I get no pleasure in sharing my thoughts, my observations and the facts.

Facts that have been researched however, have no place in the Republican Party or their GOP FOX Network noise as news machine. They don't need facts, they make up their own, and their fact challenged base gets agreement that keeps them crazy, delusional, gun toting sponges, sopping it all up to bolster their ideology and confirm that they are on the side of what is right for this country.

They believe it, because it's confirmed by their "fair and balanced" news organization, their Republican politicians tell them they are on the side of what is right, so they believe they are not delusional, nutty or insane, they believe they are the righteous, the patriotic who have GOD on their side.

If there is a God, may this God help us all to win against the terrorist Republicans, and if there is a judgment day, then I will rejoice and be glad on that day, comforted in knowing, that I'm not a lying, wealthy, Republican, corporate, Supreme Court Ruling, terrorist, dirt bag, hypocritical, obstructionist pig.
