4. One of my favorite singers

since I "discovered" him about 20 years ago. I remember thinking "why haven't I heard of him before".

An old friend with whom I'd fallen out of touch called me to say he'd bought me a ticket and would meet me at the restaurant across the street for dinner before the show. Good to have such friends.
