My guess is a total of 66

All democrats and independents except Manchin (57)
Republicans: Snowe Collins Brown Murkowski Voinovich Kirk and three more (9)

2. I don't think we'll exceed the cloture total.
In fact, we might lose one or two like Kirk. But it'll be above 60.

The all dems voted 'yes' on cloture, except for Manchin who did not vote at all.
