1. 9/11 Responders HC bill will be back again, START Treaty, and also...
some more of Obama's judicial nominations, between Thursday evening and today The Senate has confirmed 12 judge nominations - I think more will be confirmed by X-mas.
I wouldn't be surprised if Reid brings up The Dream Act again :)

3. Here's a link to the Senate Calendar

http://democrats.senate.gov/calendar/2010-12.html

They update it everyday, usually more than once a day.
It shows what they are planning to do each day, what will be voted on, what the vote total was, etc.
