Amanda Knox wins right to full review of DNA evidence
Source: Daily Record

AMANDA KNOX yesterday won a full review of crucial DNA evidence used to convict her of Meredith Kercher's murder.

The 23-year-old American's legal victory came after a hearing lasting most of the day.

The court in Perugia, Italy, selected two experts from Rome's Sapienza University to review the DNA.

The decision boosted her family's hopes of success for Knox's appeal against her conviction.

2. Good for Amanda

This has been crazy. Of course she should be entitled to every possible review of every piece of evidence. None of this story made sense...

3. The subject should be "Killer Amanda Knox wins right to full review of DNA evidence" ...
... as the above is the title of the linked article whereas your subject
line accidentally omitted the first word.

:hi:

5. Thank you, correct. It is misleading and against the rules to do that.
This thread should be closed.

6. President Obama suggested name calling didn't support civil discourse
Galileo was conviced as a heretic. Should we refer to him as 'heretic Galileo' on a routine basis?

Something doesn't smell right in the Amanda Knox case and I don't like kangaroo courts.

The murder of Teresa de Simone along with the other cases of miscarriage of justice should be caustionary tales about taking the judgements of courts at face value.

There have been 261 post-conviction DNA exonerations in the United States based on the Innocence Project.

In a blunt caution to political friend and foe, President Barack Obama said Saturday that partisan rants and name-calling under the guise of legitimate discourse pose a serious danger to America’s democracy, and may incite “extreme elements” to violence.

A Call for Civil Discourse

Barry, as everyone knew him as a child was taught that men were scum by his twisted mother Ann Dunham. His Grandma Madelyn taught him to hate Black people.

Most liberals hate themselves, mankind and all babies. All of their most feverish work is to eliminate man's footprint on the planet. The most efficient way is to exterminate them before they can breath on this planet through abortion. They work to stop all of mankind's activity claiming harm to the planet. All other beasts on this earth and Mother Nature herself can create all hell and high water and man is to blame.

Barry is a pathetic homfeminized baby killer that is filled with the empty headed racism of his Grandma, and the man hating, human hating mentally ill ruminations of a lonely white woman.

"Barry" the baby killer Obama hates men

8. Innocent until proven guilty.
And guilty thereafter.

We have a hard time accepting that an attractive young american could be guilty of the crime of which she's been convicted.

That said, I fully support all the DNA evidence being available for her appeal.

Until then... she's guilty.

9. It's not even about that - this was originally in LBN, and the rules
of LBN state that you must give a precise title, TO THE LETTER, of the title of the original article at the source. The one who started this thread left off the first word, "Killer" - it could have been unintentional, who knows, but whether it was or wasn't, it is misleading to leave it off.

If someone has a problem with that word as applied to her, then they can simply find another article about the same development from a source that refers to her less colorfully.

That's all I was saying.
