2. Doesn't really matter, the players have outed themselves.

Last week Walker was quoted in the Journal Sentinel as having been working on this for months (which means at least since before he was governor).

And the New York Times now quotes the head of Americans for Progress (a PAC front for Koch influence) says that they have been working with Walker since LAST SUMMER.

Which goes a long way in explaining how the Club for Growth had radio and television ads broadcast before the WI democrats even knew Walker was requesting the bill be read by the finance committee.
