Breaking on Drudge: Gaddafi says "Obama is Friend"
Of course, the smarmy little jackass neglected to mention that the quote was from April of last year. Probably just an oversight. I suppose we should all be grateful that he didn't highlight this bit of "news" with his dipshit siren.

(I do notice that the report is no longer at the top of the page in bold-face type, but it's still considered a "story" by the fedora-wearing fuck-wad.)

5. Get back to me when you get 30,000,000+ hits per day.
He's a contemptible piece of shit, but to pretend that he's not without influence is ignorant.

7. I think its important
We all should remember that Obama and this administration would still be working with Mubarek and Gadffi if these protests hadn't have happened. Obama doesn't give a shit about democracy and has no qualms about supporting evil dictators, he only spoke out against them after the entire free world suddenly became aware of what was going on over there. Its all politics, he doesn't care about Egypt or Libya those people were just as oppressed last year as they were this year, the only difference is now there is political risk for Obama in continuing to work with these guys.

The Egyptians and the Libyans need to understand we are not on the side of the people, we are on the side of whoever best serves our interests in the middle east.

8. Drudge?
Do dread the deceitful dregs and detritus of dastardly Drudge who demeans decent discourse with decadent doses of deliberately doubtful dissemination designed to dilute and dispel direct depictions of deception!

11. Yet another strange headline on Du - 3rd one I've seen in a few minutes.
How does it (they) advance our cause or inform us in some way?

Seems more harmful than helpful.

Is this astroturf at work?

13. This is the "friend" that Bushco made.
Randi Rhodes said that the PTB were pressured by Big Oil and ergo their employees the Republicans, to get the business to rebuild Libya's crumbling oil structure. So the guy who Reagan called the Mad Dog of the Middle East, got the sanctions dropped against his country and becomes bosom buddies with the United States of America. :grr:
