By then the "tax cuts" to the wealthy will be forgotten, institutionalized, permanent - so we will then hear again how "Everyone has to make sacrifices because of the DEFICIT." And since "everyone" gets Social Security, Medicare and other "entitlements" (God I hate that word) that is what will "have" to be cut.
