Palin: America may not be ready for me.
But the cost together with whether voters were ready to make a win a reality, were issues she still needed to think about.

"Obama has already said he's going to spend a billion dollars (£615.4m) on this race, so money is certainly going to be a consideration," Sarah Palin told me.

"And just the idea of whether the American electorate is ready for someone a bit unconventional, who is willing to tell it as she sees it, not be beholden to special interest or such obsessive partisanship as to let a political machine get in the way of doing what's right for the voters."

Before she goes down in flames. America as a whole will never except her as the first woman President. It would be a total embarrassment. She would probably start her own Christian Armageddon just so she can be the first in line to be raptured.

14. A poll out of Pennsylvania today has her losing to O by 28 points
I'm no fan of polls, but that type of blowout can't be dismissed out of hand.

Gore and Kerry won PA, but at least Bush had to make them fight for it.

15. people - she's playing the same card that got her elected Gov of Alaska

"And just the idea of whether the American electorate is ready for someone a bit unconventional, who is willing to tell it as she sees it, not be beholden to special interest or such obsessive partisanship as to let a political machine get in the way of doing what's right for the voters."

THIS is how she sold herslf to Alaska. Same play, same words. And "her people" will not listen to the press because she has them convinced that the 'lamestream media" is against her.

(guess she is saying fox is not mainstream? Or not really media?)

21. Sarah, it ain't us that isn't ready. POTUS is a job YOU are unready for.
It's actual work - even GWB looked worn out from the job, and he was as lazy as possible. You wouldn't know what's right for the voters if it smacked you in the face.

We are used to the GOP being our face of national embarassment to the rest of the world, but Palin? Her face would be the international symbol of the fall of America.
