The New York Court system is many things, but it is not the US Supreme Court, and the Democrats lost control of the State Senate (after only two years in control) through political incompetence, corruption and criminal behavior. I don't expect the Republicans to be any better, but we shouldn't start with the assumption that control of the Senate was "stolen" from the Democrats.

3. No one is assuming it was stolen. The point is no one knows, becaus of THIS decision..

...and the Democrats' incompetence and arrogance with respect to electronic vote-counting that led us here, along with the Republicans. But as you said, the Dems had control for the last 2 years -- and I say they did nothing for election integrity.
