Just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a happy holiday be you Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Pagan, Atheist, Agnostic, Buddhist or any other religion I can't think of off the top of my head.

I know we don't always agree and sometimes we have heated arguments but we are a family like it or not and unlike my "real family," I chose this one. Democratic Underground brings me hope and joy and I sincerely wish all of us a safe and happy holiday and hope that the new year brings more happiness and prosperity to us all.

We've had but one encounter as I recall, and it wasn't all peaches and cream between us, the topic was abuse of authority. I'd gathered your background is in law enforcement, which ironically enough is the kind of skill set I'd be looking to draw from and specific to your neck of the woods. This is also of an extremely personal nature that I have considered contacting you about many times, just never felt like an opportune moment, this does, given the subject of the post. 7. Actually I'm dreading my 54th birth day saturday, I mean I who was voted by high

school class mates to either be dead of an over dose or shot by the police for some crazy thing I stumbled into by the time I was 21 has managed to survive for 54 years. Anyhow Merry xmas/hippy holidays or whichever floats your boat, I hope y'all enjoy my bday and have a great family feast, just remember seconds are ok but if you go back for thirds your showing off and will regret it come beach time. Remember bathing suit's don't shrink'.
