Today's fresh hell from FitzWalkerStan, formerly known as the State of Wisconsin---proposal to pay state's share of state employees' health insurance by raiding their pension fund which until right now had been entirely untouchable by the legislature (and filled with$78 billion, IIRC.)

That said, I don't know I am not sure exactly how an accountant can raid A's vested retirement and use it to pay for A's,B's,C's... to Z's health care.

I only had 2 semesters of accounting, so this may be something like handling a pay period that crosses over two working lives or something. :shrug:

The retirement fund was set up for the employees/members with monthly fees by the members.
