I was on a self-imposed news blackout, but decided to tune into Rachel
damn, I'm so glad I did.

She's rocking the house!!! :)

That segment on the school in Detroit broke my heart, but now I'm laughing my ass off at the GOP's bullshit being used and thrown back at them via the town hall meeting

3. Why were you doing a self-imposed news blackout?
Are you fatigued by all of the nonsense, Catwoman?

I avoid the news, but I'm always looking for credible stories
on Fukushima--but those are rare. It's a reverse blackout, I guess.

Be well. :)

11. I hear ya...
I feel exhausted by it. I turn on the television and I know I'm being
lied to--and talked down to by people who think I'm an idiot. The Sunday
talk shows are the worst.

At least you have your kitties! I have three myself. They are therapy, that's
for sure.

Take care.

4. Her coverage on Michigan, just this week,
has been excellent. I haven't heard a word from anyone else about Benton Harbor. The story about the Detroit school set for closure had me screaming at my TV.

12. she had a man on who talked about Ryan's budget plan and
Obama's. Neither are good. Obama's will cost one trillion more than Ryan's. Only the Progressive Caucus in congress has a plan that doesn't suck.
