Oops! DoD Forgot To Mention 10 LCSs Were Outsourced
unhappycamper note: Since the ‘Pentagon’ (DoD? Gannett?) has ‘requested’ that I only post one paragraph from articles on Army Times, and Airforce Times, To keep in that same (new) tradition, I will also do the same for for articles on Navy Times, Marine Corps Times, stripes.com and military.com.
To read the article in the military's own words, you will need to click the link.

Read all about Fair Use here. It sure is beginning to smell like fascism.

unhappycamper summary of this article: ROFLMAO. Nowhere in this Navy Times article does it mention that the Lockheed ships will be built by Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri --> http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=439x96317

3. So wouldn't that be insourcing?
Which is better 10,000 GM jobs in Mexico or 10,000 Fincantieri jobs in the US?

4. That isn't Outsourcing. They will be American made.

As for the shipbuilder, look at it as a slap in the face of our MIC to stop ripping off the American people.
