Does delaying all of these trials help/hurt Trump?

Trump and his minions are doing everything in their power to make sure that most, if not all, of his trials don't happen before Election Day and there is a concern that failing to get these trials done (or even started) before Election Day will help Trump evade accountability for them and prevent voters from making an informed choice. But I also have to wonder, does it really even matter at this point? Do most people seem to need a trial outcome to make a decision about Trump? The J6 committee already put a lot of damaging stuff out there, most of the information that would be presented at trial is already mostly known. Everybody knows Trump is trying to delay his trials. Shouldn't that tell most people something about how worried he is about the trials and how he is basically running to avoid ever having to be held accountable and to make all of these trials go away, possibly ever again? It seems all but certain people will go to the polls in November without a verdict in all or most of his cases. Will people feel more troubled about the fact that they don't know if the person they're thinking about voting for is an actual adjudicated criminal or not and vote FOR him or AGAINST him with that lack of information? Or are people just going to give him the benefit of the doubt and take their chances on voting for him despite not knowing? Or does it even make a difference one way or another?

That disqualified him from ever holding office again.

If the judiciary refuses to act, then I take it as their signal that voters must do it.

I and my fellow Americans from all over the political spectrum will ensure that he is defeated.

6. Things would be really messed up then if the Judiciary can't or won't hold him accountable.

Trump was impeached twice. The first time, Republicans rationalized their failure to convict with people voting in 2020 to decide his fate. The voters voted and Trump tried to illegally stay in office using various schemes culminating in J6. Trump was impeached again in his final days but that time, the Republicans rationalized refusal to convict by saying that he's almost out of office and that the judiciary could hold him accountable if he has criminal charges filed against him. Now, he has 80-90 charges filed against him and Republicans now claim that he is immune to having charges filed against him and that the attempts to hold him criminally accountable (the indictments of which were returned by grand juries) is partisan, illegal, etc. Make it make sense!!!!

And hold all of those that has led to this point accountable for their crimes. It will be more than Trump who will attempt to flee. In my opinion.

but the counterargument to that is that Trump should be presumed innocent until proven guilty (I don't think that most people personally believe Trump is innocent though).

Most are just the "out of sight, out of mind" sort.

9. I think voters are questioning why is the hell is he fighting not to sit down, and face the music? If he's so innocent,

then why not? So, obviously he's guilty. As far as I'm concerned, we've seen on TV, espousing the violence to happen in the Capitol, to override Congress' will, and suppress the legitimate vote. No question. Throw the crook in jail.

What it amounts to is "election interference."

...it's that many more months or years out of the rest of Trump's pathetic life that he isn't paying for his crimes.

Hell, even if the current NY trial ends in a conviction, it'll probably be years before all appeals are exhausted and Trump faces any consequences from that. And now the SCOTUS has kindly delayed every other case from being tried anytime soon.

The odds aren't small that Trump will croak before he gets his comeuppance, all thanks to delay tactics, as well as lethargic investigation and prosecution.
