Attorney Susan Nechelesis is a sleaze

She is trying to change Stormy's story.

Trying to focus on insignificant details.

Relying on MSNBC reports. Seems Stormy is standing up to her.

Attorney Nechelesis questioned Stormy on response when Trump stood between her and the door.

I wonder how the attorney would feel if Stormy got off the witness stand and stood in front of her,? I'm guessing it wouldn't feel comfortable with Stormy being about six inches taller.

they need to clarify she, Stormy was only 27 years old at the time...She did not have the resume of director, over 100 movies etc at the time of the tRump interaction. They, the defense gave her current resume which reflects a much more experienced in life of over 20 years beyond ....

I believe it matters.... I'm much wiser as I am now over 40 verses at age 27.

to offer in terms of alternatives. She, like the lead attorneys, had decent reps before this, but this will have an impact. If they manage a mistrial, then I guess she will consider it a "win," but I still think the "stank" will remain.

Honestly, I think jurors of both genders will see this overly-long repetitive line of attack as unduly combative and intensely hypocritical, given the client. I think the men, especially will find the focus on her porn industry history as exceedingly puritanical--given this is NYC--and as much evidence of who Trump really is, as it says anything about Daniels. The female jurors will hear a lot in her testimony that resonates with them--even if they've never had an unwanted or regrettable sexual experience or been harassed by someone within a power imbalance. They won't like the badgering tactic of this attorney--even if she is female as well.

We shall see.

But in this case, she is playing to trump's ego, not the jury.

She is actually just reinforcing the key prosecution arguments. Namely, that there was a story that trump wanted suppressed, that there was an agreement to suppress the story, and that that agreement only came about after he decided to run for potus.

She proved the agreement existed. She proved he wanted it kept secret. his own lawyer is reinforcing that.

I want to see Trump's body guard on the stand corroborating her story. He say her enter and he saw her leave the room. So no matter what the defense says about Stormy, Trump arranged to be alone in his hotel suite with an adult film star.

I will say that Daniels is no hero of mine. She took money in order to assist Donald Trump's campaign. I am glad that she is now apparently had an attack of conscience.
