As to being used to spread communism, I suppose there's something "socialist" about using government (public) funds to research, produce, distribute, and administer a vaccine. We won't have a capitalistic "pay for poke" system involving selling the medicine to the highest bidders. Except for pro sports teams, who will get early vaccination because of economics.
