Two migrants killed while attempting to cross Rio Grande - NBC News

Two migrants were killed in Texas while attempting to cross the Rio Grande. A state of emergency was declared in the city of Eagle Pass over the migrant crisis.

Described the juxtaposition of the jurisdiction and how the state and federal agencies seem to be on very different missions with images. The ending was a little weird but the part about the differences in the operations present was a good report.
