What movie's ending completely changed if you stayed and watched until the end credits?

As many people know, the end credits for Marvel movies are mostly used as a teaser for up and coming Marvel sequels. But before that, were there any movies that used them to introduce an unexpected plot twist to the story that had just played out on the screen?

There's another horror scarecrow type of movie from 1981 called The Burning.

The management of this theater suggests
that for the greater entertainment
of your friends who have not seen this picture,
you will not divulge to anyone the secret of the
ending of Witness for the Prosecution.
