to Trump who is reportedly strongly considering him for US-AG.
'May as well just put a Charles Whitman wannabe in the tower, because when Abbott et al manhood is in doubt, the result might well be the same.

From what I can google it wasn't an "encampment" but a protest. UT stated the protest wasn't sanctioned.

I don't think they require permission for simple protests. There are frequent protests on campus.
