Grass fed steak is very healthy. Luckily, I live in ranch country & can buy it cheaper directly from a woman in my book club who has a ranch near me. We have a small local grocery store - (hour drive to larger grocery store) thats just changed to an organic distributor & has lots of cheaper label organics & local beef.
