(175,782 posts)29. I first saw it in Paris in April of 1994.
I'd been visiting family in neighboring Luxembourg and spent some time the before flying home. It was raining and cold. My cousins, who had lived under Nazi occupation, told me to see it. When I passed a theater that was showing it in the version originally (i.e., English with French subtitles).
It was a well-being afternoon.

I saw it in the theater. One of the first laser discs (yes, I know) was Schindler's List.
