Never has, never will. He will get far more votes than he should in any rational world, but he will still lose the popular vote.
So it will come down to the EC and the States.
On the one hand I think many Red States will do whatever they can to get in the way of Biden voters, perhaps tipping the scales.
On the other hand I trust the Biden Campaign to have the polling they need to align their resources on the Sites they need to win. And the other Party has Lara Trump who is not capable of organizing a Saturday picnic, and will probably send all resources to the national Trump campaign, with little organized at the State level. I don't think a few extra rallies will do it for them.
