2. Tripped, fell, speared my shoulder joint

Two months in, a bit more bionic (replacement parts and screws).

At least I was lucid enough in the hospital to prefer being sent to somewhere other than a place where I'd been before (where they really didn't do much physical therapy). I lucked out with my choice (once they realised what foods hate me and foods I hate), and the physical therapy got me back up on a walker by the time I got towed back home.

More physical therapy (another session this morning), trying for the day I might be able to get myself downstairs and back up again.

If they prescribe you the strong medicine, they won't mail it- someone has to go in and pick it up at the pharmacy. This may be your partner. I had to use medical transport to go to the clinic. Tylenol works some, but doesn't seem to last that long. BUT my pain is less bad.
