The problem was that no one could hear the music over all the screaming. Shea Stadium was their last concert, not counting the rooftop concert. They couldn't hear themselves sing.

There’s a lot of great Beatles cover bands. The Ed Sullivans for example in my neck of the woods. If onstage production was a touring issue for the Beatles, it would be the scalability thing. The Dead built their walk of sound once they were forced to play larger venues, but the smaller auditoriums still were favored acoustically whenever possible.

The technology, especially sound reinforcement, was not up to today's standards. Especially in the size venues The Beatles would be playing.
Also, the logistics of a tour allowing brass & strings & singers was not yet developed. This is particularly true given the digital tech didn't exist to get a grand piano sound without hauling one around, plus a person to tune it every night.
These folks have all those advantages, so sure, good players could reproduce what The Beatles did in the studio, and this group plays like pros.
But, in the 60s, the boys couldn't have done this.
