Biden campaign slams Trump's latest unwillingness to accept results of 2024 election

(ABC News) President Joe Biden's campaign on Thursday attacked former President Donald Trump after Trump doubled down on saying that he wouldn't commit to accepting the results of the upcoming presidential election. "If everything's honest, I'll gladly accept the results. I don't change on that," Trump said in an interview on Wednesday with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "If it's not, you have to fight for the right of the country." Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, did go on to say he anticipates the 2024 election will be "honest." In response to Trump's comments, the Biden campaign released a statement accusing Trump of being a "danger to the Constitution and a threat to our democracy."

RFK Jr. Event Hosted by MAGA Group With Jan. 6 ties

(Daily Beast) Last Saturday, independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. appeared at an event that felt entirely on-brand for the anti-vaccine champion: a so-called “medical freedom conference” near Buffalo, New York. But the group that hosted Kennedy isn’t just skeptical of vaccines. It’s also skeptical of the fact that Joe Biden won the 2020 election. That group, Constitutional Coalition of New York State, has founders who not only have ties to Donald Trump but are also connected to the stop-the-steal movement through their activist network, which includes groups that had a presence at the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Trump Says He Won't Debate RFK Jr.

(Political Wire) Donald Trump on Thursday scoffed at the notion that he would debate long shot presidential hopeful Robert F. Kennedy Jr. even as the former president’s allies show more concern about Kennedy’s campaign,” Business Insider reports. Said Trump: “He’s, uh, not a serious candidate. They say he hurts Biden. I don’t know who he hurts, he might hurt me. I don’t know. He has very low numbers, certainly not numbers that he can debate with. He’s got to get his numbers a lot higher before he’s credible.”
