(32,878 posts)and feelings that you didn't even realize you had. It somehow makes things "real" in a way that is different from when you're just inside your own head, and next thing you know you're unexpectedly crying mid-sentence.
I think the horrors of everything she had participated in covering up bubbled to the surface. The emotions were likely regret, shame and PTSD/ trauma. I think she understands that she was a part of a disgusting, criminal campaign and administration, and last Friday she was forced to relive it and admit to it out loud, in front of the world.
I checked out Hope Hick's Wikipedia page, and it looks like she tried to leave trump numerous times but he kept demanding her return, and I guess she was too weak or felt pressured into going back.
