1. Thank You for Posting IHAD - First Prayers for April...

First, on a personal note: my second attempt at getting the meds I need for my inflammation/arthritis is in the works and results should be back by tomorrow or Thurs. I am praying that this is all the struggle left for this endeavor. My pain was os bad today that if I had prescription drugs I would have just taken a bunch...instead all I can dois take advil and lay down... I don't want to feel this in my body - I want to live in my Highest Good of a body! let the pain-suit just fall away...
I choose healing and a body free from pain - so I can claim my life in it's fullest and best possibilities!

Second, on a community level: My current client/mentor that has been steady work for many years is really to a bad place with the economy. She lost alot of money even before the crash, and now is resorting to trying to sell some of her art to keep her house paments up. Not ony does this affect my ability to make $ working for her, but I just wish that her busines would shift and begin working well once more... (again, back to my healing so I can complete the tasks before me ...) I have alwaay seen that she and I have important work to do., but her age is catching up to her and I worry she may throw in the towel and she is really struggling with the way it looks for the economy to shift - because nothing she thought had value is stable anymore... I pray for her and others like her to be carried across the gap.

Third - since three is such a majical number: The PLanet...Through the earthqukes & volcanoes we've had in the last week or so make me think that MU or Lemuria is rising... perhaps the poles are closer to shifting than we thought, or maybe it's just toime for some shake up...but I pray that the changes we are about to see will come quickly, and that in some way they will help heal the damage we have done as humans. I pray for our lovely blue-green marble..let her be healed as well.

4. Please send light to the people who will be impacted by the auto industry crisis

Just came from a meeting on this topic and people in Michigan are predicting dire outcomes indeed. Whatever happens...restructuring, bankruptcy, collapse...will have a big impact on a lot of people's lives. Not just auto workers or auto dealers, but their suppliers, and anyone who makes a living in a community dominated by these industries.

Used to be in Michigan I think 1 in 4 jobs was related to the auto industry. Now I think it's 1 in 10. That's still a lot, though, when you consider we already have 12% unemployment. If Chrysler and GM really do go under, that's potentially another 6-7% unemployment right there (thinking 2/3, since Ford will still be viable). Then throw in unemployment for all the people that supply goods and services to the people employed by those companies. I can see 20% unemployment in our future if that happens. And it'll be almost as difficult in places like Ohio, Indiana, etc.

Please send light to the people whose livelihoods depend on the American auto industry and to the decision makers who need to keep those people in their thoughts as they proceed.

12. BF's stepmom has passed over.

It was about 6 am Thursday. As far as I know it was peaceful. She was 91.

I'm having a hassle with my grown daughter over the lawn on my house in the city -- the City put a notice on it that it needs to be mowed. She called me and told me about it today. I asked her if she could mow it or call a yard service to mow it and she said "That's not my problem. It's not my house.". :grr:

Technically, she's living with her dad and that's not her house either. Dad's house is literally on the same street, a block and a half down from my house. I guess she thinks I'm an old, fat, irrelevant F*** that she can ignore. At this rate, if she doesn't grow up eventually, I'm gonna leave everything to the Buddhists. She's 23.

14. Still working on regaining my footing ...

... Spirit has obviously led me to this moment in my life for a reason ... having left my previous job with "no net", I landed a 1 year temp contract 2 weeks ago. It's a decent gig that's alot more 'mentally healthy' than the environment I left, but it only pays at half my previous salary.

BUT my 'new boss' is an MSW on the side with solid connections in the local NonProfit community. She loves my idea; is willing to help me write up grant proposals/articles of incorporation/bylaws AND act as recruiter/'supervisor' for eventual volunteers (she suggested MSW students from her Alma Mater and transitional residents who may need 'community service' credits).

AND, I've been in regular email contact with one of the Directors from the National Org who is willing to mentor me in setup and get me connected with other regional arms, and potentially lend the National's name and credibility to my fundraising/grant applications.

SO why am I asking for prayers? Because I am still battling depression and feelings of hopelessness, and most days swing between panic about losing my house/needing to find a 'real job' that restores my previous salary ... to more Spiritual feelings of "Let it go and you'll be ok". I never know when the panic is going to strike/the tears will start, and I am so very tired of having lived in this state of perpetual stress (I've been on my own since I was 17; no family, no spouse, few friends, no money but all the responsibilities and decisions) for the last 30 years.

So I would appreciate, not only prayers and light that my Nonprofit will come into being so that when this contract ends next March, I can switch to full time community work at a living-salary, but any suggestions anyone might have/references to self-help sorts of things where I can work on 'changing my mantra' so I can begin to take things in small bites - one hour/day at a time - and start healing from all those years of hurt and sadness and stress.

And please know that I am sending whatever white light and positive energy I have to spare back to everyone in the ASAH room. O8)

17. Hi, Myrina! I'm going to visualize this for you also. I'm going to...

try to come here every day while this thread is alive and help to manifest this or something even better for you, as long as it is for the highest good of all involved.

What can you do to help? Please take this first suggestion as honest, loving feedback. I'm not criticizing you personally; please believe this.

First off, I would strongly recommend removing that signature line. I truly understand that feeling, but having it there (and thinking similar things) is keeping you in a lower vibration. I recommend removing it and trying not to focus on the past and instead focus completely on the future. Focus on what you love about the world rather than what you don't like (such as what your sig line implies.) (Again, I totally understand your feelings, but it's really hurting you.) I'm not saying that you shouldn't try to make a difference, but do it as things moving forward rather than looking backwards.

Secondly, remember to breathe. I sense that you are holding your breath without realizing it. Are you?

These are just two things that I'm picking up. If I think of anything else, I'll add them later.

I'm going to be working with you to try to make these things happen in your life. I hope that others will join in.

And you're also right about the breathing ... when I do stop and 'check', I'm actually grinding my teeth without realizing it ... so I'm sure I'm not breathing in any kind of healthy manner.

21. Yesterday, edited a news transcript and

One of the segments was about the shooting deaths in Binghamton. A man by the name of Omar Yigal was interviewed outside the center waiting for word of his wife who was inside. He knew that she was among the dead, though it was unconfirmed at the time. I just read a list of the dead and it includes his wife Delores, from the Philippines. He spoke so highly of her, and though she was 53, he still called her a girl. It was so cute.
Just asking for a little comfort be sent Mr. Yigal's way. I'm a little too shaken to do it on my own right now. Thanks very much.

We just found out a couple weeks ago that he has diabetes. Since he had very few risk factors it was a bit of a shock, especially to find out that it's a form of Type 1 (Latent Auto-immune Diabetes in Adults). He's learning how to deal with insulin shots and I'm learning how to cook a carbohydrate restricted diet. All in all, he's dealing with it very well, but change is hard.

He was found slumped over his steering wheel with one foot on the ground - it must have been very sudden, mercifully. He was my age;I have worked with him since 94. Everyone is devestated; esp. his new wife..they got married in Oct. of last year.

I currently have a bureaucratic snafu that warrants resolution by Wednesday or I'll be charged far more than I can afford for something which I swear I already rectified far more than a month ago.

It's potentially an enormous pain in the butt.

They don't pick up their phones and don't return calls.

I know I fixed this last month and have the documentation to prove I have done so.

Whether I can prove it to them by the requisite date is the burning question.

I think that all the states are so broke that they are trying to roast anyone wherever they can in order to raise rextra immediate revenue. They are being completely unreasonable.

This is such bull and I have far more collectively redemptive things to do.

However I *did* meet a singular angel in the system but just haven't been able to reconnect with her. She was so-o-o-o heart centered.

Oh and my beau's mum Jean is really failing. She could use some vibratory help as well.

Any good vibes sent would be truly appreciated on both fronts.

63. My Grandfather has pneumonia again and is very weak

Doctors are not optomistic. They wanted to stick tubes in his lung to make breathing easier but that would HURT and stress his body so - and they can't give him strong pain meds as it depresses his breathing (already bad from emphysema) worse so he and the family said no. Please send light prayers reiki whatever you like for him to suffer as little through this as possible and if it is his time for a peaceful crossing.

66. My Grandfather has crossed over

I apololgize for not posting sooner. He crossed over wednesday. It was not an easy time physically but I feel he crossed swiftly without hinderance. When I reach for him I feel peace, freedom and joy. I am glad he is in a place where his body is not a painful constricting trap but powerful and strong once again. I get a picture in my mind of him running through a field like a young boy with all the dogs he had he had loved since childhood :)

He was a good man who didn't talk much. He never said he loved us but I know he did. He showed us time and again though his hard work and kindness. If anyone needed help he was there ready to work even if he got little or not thanks from some. The only thing that ever stopped his generosity was when he had nothing left to give.

Thank you all who send good vibes his way so very very much.

Times like this make me glad I am psychic. Most of the time I just want to turn it off permanently but right now it is such a relief to get these flashes when I think of my Grandfather. I am sure he will check in once he calms down (major feeling right now is of :woohoo: ) and goes though reorientation :) I can't help but smile even when I cry and you all here are among the few who won't think I am nuts for it.

My grandmother, well I am not sure how she is handling it. She is not one to let herself be cared for much less comforted and tends to show strain by being cranky and changing her mind every 5 minutes. And my Mom who is normally probably the calmest person I know is almost as bad though half of it is from spending time with her Mom :eek:
