The Democrats have been screaming. But the GOP controls both houses and the presidency. Screaming doesn't help, only voting.

There's no such thing as a filibuster in the House. The bill was crafted behind closed doors with a minimum of debate. There's not much the Democrats could have done about that, except vote against it. They DO need to constantly remind people about this, though, and the fact that not a single Democrat voted for this monstrosity.
